As found condition of the evaporator unit after 4 years of usage without servicing. Initially,it was suspected to be the cause of leak but a leak test confirmed it is not. It costs me RM480 for cleaning and servicing the evaporator.If the evaporator is leaking then add RM3++ for replacement.

My Innova's air-cond was not cooling due to leakage in the system. I sent the car for checking. The blower and evaporator coil are behind the dashboard so it is quite a laborious task to gain access to them. Item marked as 1 is the blower unit and 2 is the evaporator unit.
